Spring concert
We were delighted to welcome a capacity audience to our Mozart concert on 5 March 2016 at Bramhall Parish Church. Accompanied by Musica Nova, Leader Jem Bradley, we performed a short hymn, Tantum Ergo, followed by Mozart’s earliest surviving mass, the Missa Brevis in G, and his last, the famous Requiem, in the Robert Levin edition. The orchestra also played Mozart’s Divertimento in D. Our thanks to them and to our four excellent soloists: Sarah Richards, soprano, Helen Anne Gregory, mezzo-soprano, Richard Pollock, tenor and Richard Moore, bass.
