Choral singers in all sections are invited to join our annual Singing Day on Saturday, 11 February at Wilmslow Methodist Church. As has become our tradition, we are featuring a work which is not part of the regular repertoire for many choirs: Will Todd’s Mass in Blue, a lively and exhilarating jazz setting of the Latin Mass. Once again, the day will be led by our good friend Keith Orrell, Musical Director of the William Byrd Singers of Manchester and the Liverpool Welsh Choral, whose expertise, energy and enthusiasm have become a hallmark of Barnby Singing Days.
